Customers must pay applicable service charges according to their selected package and billing terms. Payments may be made through available payment methods, including ShurjoPay and PayStation. - Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping their account information, login credentials, and connected devices secure. Customers must notify us if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. - Acceptable Use
Our Internet service must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, abuse of networks, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations. - Service Suspension
We may temporarily suspend or restrict service due to unpaid bills, misuse of the service, security concerns, maintenance, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. - Network Maintenance & Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, power outages, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as possible. - Equipment
Customers are responsible for properly maintaining customer-owned routers, Wi-Fi equipment, computers, and other devices. Equipment provided by us remains subject to our applicable equipment terms. - Termination
Either the customer or ourclubbd.live may terminate a service agreement in accordance with applicable terms and outstanding payments. Any unpaid charges remain the customer’s responsibility after termination. - Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on ourclubbd.live. By continuing to use our services after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms.
